Refunds and Redo Policy

We stand behind our work. This page explains our hair salon refund policy and our redo promise, so you always know what to expect.

Services are not refundable

Once a service has been performed, payment is final. We do not offer refunds on services.

Redo within 7 days

Not satisfied. Contact us within 7 days for one complimentary adjustment with your original stylist.

Deposits for long services

Color and other time intensive services require a 50 dollar deposit, applied to your total. Deposit refunds are available with at least 48 hours notice.

Our Redo Promise

If you are not satisfied with your result, contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We will schedule one complimentary adjustment with your original stylist, focused on the agreed service outcome.

What qualifies for a redo

How to request an adjustment

Call or text your stylist within 7 days of your appointment. Use the phone number in your confirmation message. If texting, include your full name, the service date, and clear photos in good light. We will offer the next available time. Redo appointments must be completed within 14 days of the original service. If your stylist is unavailable during this window, we may assign a comparable stylist.

Deposits and cancellations

Color services and other time intensive appointments require a 50 dollar deposit to reserve your time. Examples include keratin treatments, balayage, full blonding, color corrections, and multi step color. The deposit is applied to your total.

Cancellation window and deposit refunds

For a full deposit refund, cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations inside 48 hours or no shows may forfeit the deposit.

Color corrections and multi step transformations

Some goals require more than one session. Your stylist will outline a plan and maintenance. Redo coverage applies to the agreed step in your plan, not the entire transformation.

Late arrivals and no shows

Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling. Missed appointments are considered no shows. No shows are not eligible for redo appointments.

Retail products

Unopened retail products may be exchanged within 14 days. Opened products are not returnable for hygiene reasons, except if defective.
